DaY 1 -Perth > adelaide ifm / D

Relax and enjoy your home pick up by private car. Transfer to the airport to meet your fellow travellers and board your flight to Adelaide. On arrival we transfer to our central hotel with time to settle in prior to enjoying a Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2 & 3 - adelaide > Perth B / L / d

After breakfast we are transferred to the Rail Terminal where we will board The Ghan. We depart for Darwin shortly after lunch time with a stop in Alice Springs and Katherine. Optional ‘whistle stop’ tours are available in both towns and are at your own expense.

DAY 4 - darwin B / L / D

This evening we arrive in Darwin and are transferred to our hotel. We have dinner before settling into our room for the evening.

DAY 5 - sights & cruise B / d

After breakfast, depart the hotel for a city sights tour, the perfect introduction to Darwin. See
the Chinese Temple and lush Botanic Gardens. Tour the historic sites of the city including the East Point Military Precinct. See the Stokes Hill Wharf Area and Mooring Basin. There is also time available to explore the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. This afternoon we are transferred to the wharf for our evening Dinner Cruise. This unique tropical dining experience aboard the sailing schooner “Alfred Nobel” includes a seated Australian Gourmet style meal.

DAY 6 - litchfield national park B

This morning we depart for our full day Litchfield National Park. View Florence Falls from a high vantage point; for anyone feeling like a swim, make your way down to the plunge pool for a refreshing dip. Visit Tolmer Falls for a magnificent view of the water cascading down the deep waterhole below. Continue to Wangi Falls and view the Termite Mounds before returning to Darwin.

DAY 7 - darwin - perth B /ifm

We are transferred to the airport around midday to board our flight to Perth. Upon arrival your driver will be waiting to take you safely home, concluding your Outback Ghan Adventure!
