Manager's Note

Hello valued clients, friends and those of you who are reading the brochure for the first time, welcome to our "new" look website.

We kick off 2010 with 130 clients travelling to Sydney for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. It is going to be an event to remember and we have our whole team including myself travelling across for it. I will be overseeing the 4 groups over a ten day period and I'm really looking forward to it.

We are pleased to welcome our new Group Tour Consultant, Roseanna Chester. Roseanna is a delight to have in the office and is very professional and caring. She has just completed her Degree in Tourism and is enjoying being a part of the Kings Tours Family.

This year Dorothy (Tour Manager) celebrates 10 years with us. Congratulations Dorothy! and yes... Rae is still with us, after 17 years!! We are pleased to Welcome our new Tour Manager, Jennie Rimmer. She comes
to us with years of experience in the travel industry with companies such as Ansett and Traveland. Her knowledge and care is invaluable.

Katherine our Tour Co-ordinator had the opportunity to travel to both Canada and New Zealand in 2009, increasing her knowledge of these countries. Whilst she went in the off season to both destinations, she got to experience snow and lots of hot chocolate!!

On a personal note, I was so happy to be able to spend Christmas with my Mum, Linda. She lives in Melbourne now but she came to stay with us for 7 days. There is nothing like having a cup of tea and a chat on the sofa with her.
