What is included in your Kings Tour?
• Home pick-up and return by private car
• Caring and professional Tour Manager
• Return economy class airfares and taxes (if applicable)
• All transportation, daily tours and entrance fees as per the itinerary
• Accommodation including full breakfast (3-5 star accommodation depending on the tour)
• Lunches and dinners as per itinerary
• Visa fees for Australian passport holders (if applicable)
• Travel Insurance for all tours travelling interstate and overseas. Excluding age loading on interstate and overseas tours.

International Air Taxes
Air taxes for international tours are included in holiday cost and then shown as a separate amount as they can fluctuate. The confirmed air tax amount is advised to you prior to final payment being made. Once your holiday is paid in full the air tax amount is guaranteed.

Before you make your booking
The information contained in this brochure is correct at the time of printing, however changes outside of our control may have occurred since then. The office will advise you of any changes when you enquire or book.

Deposit
A per person deposit is required 7 days from making your booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies depending on the tour you book. These details can be provided to you over the phone and full details will be provided in your confirmation letter.

Final Payment
The final payment amount varies depending on the tour and full details will be advised to you in your confirmation letter. Normally tours within WA are due one month prior to departure, Interstate tours are due 6 weeks prior to departure and overseas tours are due 2-3 months prior to departure.

How to make a payment?
Payments can be made by either cash, cheque, money order, direct deposit, eftpos cards (daily limits apply) or visa card and mastercard (1% surcharge applies). You are able to come into the office, post the payment or telephone the office with credit card details.
