All itineraries are subject to change due to occasional restrictions in opening times/days of attractions (e.g. churches, wineries), weather conditions, or other operational factors beyond our control. Begin your holiday with a private car transfer from your home to Perth Airport. Fly to Adelaide and transfer to your hotel. Settle in and enjoy dinner at the hotel this evening.

After breakfast, we embark on a city sights tour of Adelaide before enjoying lunch at a secret location. This evening is at your leisure.
Early this morning, we travel by coach and ferry to Kangaroo Island. Upon arrival, we stop at Frenchman’s Rock for a photo opportunity before continuing to Clifford’s Honey Farm. Enjoy a guided tour of the honey room, sample honey drinks and browse the farm shop with its variety of honey products and honey ice cream. Next, we visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery for a BBQ lunch and guided tour. After lunch, we head to Raptor Domain for the Birds of Prey Presentation, an interactive and informative experience. Later, we settle into our accommodation and enjoy dinner.
Hotel: Aurora Ozone, Kangaroo Island for 2 nights
This morning, we travel to Flinders Chase National Park. See the rugged coastline from the spectacular Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. From here, we continue to Vivonne Bay to take in stunning views of the Southern Ocean before enjoying lunch at the Vivonne Bay Lodge Bistro. This afternoon, we visit the famous Seal Bay for a guided beach walk amongst a wild seal colony. Tonight, we enjoy dinner at the hotel.
After breakfast, we visit the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park, where we feed kangaroos and get up close to koalas while learning about these iconic animals from the park keepers. We then continue to Emu Bay Lavender Farm and enjoy lunch. Later, we travel by ferry back to the mainland and continue to one of Australia’s oldest wine regions, McLaren Vale, for an overnight stay. This evening, we enjoy dinner at the McLaren Vale Hotel.

After breakfast, we travel to Strathalbyn, where there is free time to browse the shops and purchase lunch. Mid-afternoon, we continue to Mannum and board the PS Murray Princess. We begin cruising downriver while enjoying a Welcome Dinner.
Cruise: PS Murray Princess for 4 nights (outside twin cabins)
Daybreak provides an opportunity for keen photographers to capture the special light and morning wildlife activity along the Murray River. Enjoy a leisurely morning and lunch while cruising upriver to Blanchetown. This afternoon, we moor opposite the township of Blanchetown for our overnight anchorage. As the sun begins to set, we visit Burk Salter Boutique Winery and enjoy wine tasting at the cellar door. After dinner, participate in the friendly and entertaining Murray River Cup.
After breakfast, we cruise downriver to picturesque Swan Reach, first settled in the 1850s. The original Swan Reach Homestead is now the Swan Reach Hotel, where you may choose to enjoy an ale or cappuccino overlooking the Murray River (additional cost). Join a walking tour and visit the Swan Reach Museum (gold coin donation at entry). After lunch, we continue cruising to Sunnydale. Here, we go ashore for the Woolshed Show, where typical Australian woolshed history comes to life. Later, we visit the Native Wildlife Shelter, home to many of South Australia’s unique native animals. This evening, enjoy a traditional Aussie Barbecue served in a bush setting on the banks of the mighty Murray River.
After an optional early morning Bush Tucker Breakfast or bush walk with the Captain (additional cost), we cruise slowly downriver past magnificent cliffs carved by the Murray River over millions of years. Later this morning, we arrive at the Ngaut Ngaut Aboriginal Reserve. Join a guided boardwalk tour to view ancient rock carvings and learn about the rich Aboriginal history of the area. Tonight, enjoy a delicious farewell dinner with your fellow guests, followed by evening entertainment.
This morning, we return to Mannum and, after breakfast, disembark the PS Murray Princess. On our way to Adelaide Airport, we stop in Hahndorf, where there is free time to browse the shops and purchase lunch. After a wonderful holiday, we fly home to Perth. Upon arrival, your driver is waiting to transfer you home.
