Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home by private vehicle and transferred to the airport. Meet your fellow passengers and Kings Tour Manager and board your flight to Hanoi via Singapore. Upon arrival into Hanoi we will transfer you to the hotel where the afternoon will be left at leisure. Tonight enjoy a welcome dinner.

This morning you journey east to Halong Bay. En route we pass fields of busy workers farming their rice using traditional methods of cultivation. The bay has assumed an important position in Vietnamese legend for many centuries however and continues to capture the imagination of visitors. On arrival transfer to the port and board your boat for the cruise out to the Bay.

Today you enjoy cruising on the bay.
This morning we disembark the cruise and enjoy a visit to Hong Ngoc Humanity centre. From here we continue back to Hanoi where the afternoon will be at leisure. This evening you will enjoy dinner at the hotel.

This morning you will enjoy a half-day tour of Hanoi including the Old Citadel, One Pillar Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the Ho Chi Minh Museum as well as view the Presidential Palace (outside only). Following lunch at a local restaurant you will enjoy a cyclo tour of the fascinating old quarter before returning to your hotel. This evening enjoy a traditional water puppet show followed by dinner at a local restaurant. This is perhaps Vietnam’s most famous performing art form.
This morning we fly to Hue. Upon arrival into Hue we visit the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc before lunch served at the local restaurant. Afternoon visit the Citadel, the Thien mu Pagoda before a boat cruise on the Perfume River back to town. Check in the hotel and have some free time late afternoon before dinner at one of the best restaurants in Hue.

Today, we take the most beautiful drive from Hue to Hoi An, stop to visit Cham Museum, Monkey Peninsular where the biggest statue of Lady Buddha Wang Ying located, go up the Marble Mountains by elevator.

This morning you visit one of the most stunning sights in Hoi An area, My Son, Vietnam’s most important Cham intellectual and religious centre and may also have served as a burial place of Cham monarchs. The monuments are set in a verdant valley surrounded by hills and overlooked by massive Cat’s Tooth Mountain (Hon Quap). Most of the temples were dedicated to Cham kings associated with divinities, especially Shiva who was regarded as the founder and protector of Champa’s dynasties. During the Amercian War, the vicinity of My Son was completely devastated and depopulated in extended bitter fighting. On the 68 structures of which traces have been found, 25 survived.
Today is a full day at leisure.
After breakfast you will be met and transferred to Danang airport for your flight to Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Following lunch at a local restaurant you will take a tour city officially renamed Ho Chi Minh City after Vietnam gained its independence in 1975. You will visit the Presidential Palace, Notre Dam Cathedral, Saigon Old Office and Ngoc Hong Pagoda.

This morning you will be taken on a tour to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, used by the Viet Cong guerillas during the war. The remainder of the day will be spent at leisure.
Today you will travel from Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be, stopping enroute at an elaborate Cao Dai Temple. From Cai Be take a boat trip along the mighty Mekong River and its tributaries to review the daily lives of people who work and play on the waterways of the Mekong Delta. The trip includes visits to the floating market at Cai Bei, to an authentic old house and to a family run business producing rice paper – a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Lunch today will be at a local house set amongst fruit orchards and bonsai trees. Continue to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
Hotel: Iris Hotel for 1 night
This morning take a boat cruise to visit Cai Rang floating market. The market is filled with small boats darting through the water as vendors buy and sell their wares. Cruise through small canals and stop at a fruit orchard to see some of the succulent fruits of the Mekong Delta. You will then return to Saigon where you will spend the following 2-nights. Dinner this evening is at a local restaurant.

Today is a full day at leisure to relax and enjoy the city on your own. This evening you enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
This morning you will transfer to the airport for your flight home to Perth via Singapore. Upon arrival into per your driver will be waiting to take you home.
