Tour Conditions

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $1250 per person is due within 7 days of making your booking to secure your reservation on the tour. This deposit guarantees your reservation on the tour and acceptance of our terms and conditions. 

A valid passport is required for this journey.  Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return to Australia.

A visa for India is required at an additional cost (approx. $40pp)

Tours are based on reaching a minimum number. Home pick-up and return is included based on a set radius – surcharges will apply outside these areas. Other special conditions may apply to each individual tour, please contact the office for further details.

We understand that India is ‘different’.  This is a small group experience and you will be very well looked after.

All itineraries are subject to change due to occasional restrictions in opening times/days of some attractions, e.g. churches, wineries etc. We cannot be held responsible for any changes due to closures, inclement weather etc.

 

 

 

Itinerary

Day 1 & 2PERTH TO DELHI (D)

Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home and transferred to the airport in a private vehicle. Meet your Kings Tour Manager and fellow passengers then fly to Delhi via Singapore. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the hotel for immediate check-in. Enjoy the remainder of the day to rest and settle in. Early afternoon, we take you out to visit a couple of must-see sights in Delhi.
This evening, meet for a welcome briefing and dinner.

Hotel: Le Meridien New Delhi for 2 nights including early check in

Day 3DELHI (B)

This morning, explore Old and New Delhi, starting with Chandni Chowk’s lively market and a cycle rickshaw ride. Visit the Jama Masjid (outside), then Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial. Drive past landmarks like Rajpath, Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, and India Gate. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 4DELHI TO AGRA (BD)

After breakfast, drive to Agra and check into the hotel. Later, visit the Agra Fort, a historical fort in the city of Agra, also known as Agra’s red Fort, where the Mughal Emperor Humayan was crowned. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 5TAJ MAHAL | AGRA TO JAIPUR (BD)

Today, enjoy a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his Queen Mumtaz Mahal. This white marble masterpiece took 17 years and 20,000 craftsmen to complete. We then travel on to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 6JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING (BD)

This morning, visit Hawa Mahal for a photo stop, then head to Amber Fort by jeep to explore its stunning interior, including the Sheesh Mahal. In the afternoon, tour the Maharaja’s City Palace. Later, enjoy a “Connect with Locals” Be My Guest dinner, where you’ll participate in cultural rituals like turban tying, receive a ceremonial scarf, and learn about Indian cuisine by rolling chapatis.

Day 7JAIPUR TO JODHPUR (BLD)

This morning, depart Jaipur bound for Jodhpur. Lunch at a local restaurant en-route. On arrival in Jodhpur, dinner is included at the hotel.

Day 8 JODHPUR (BD)

Morning sightseeing of Jodhpur includes a visit to the 5km long Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a 125m high hill. This is one of the most impressive and formidable structures in Rajasthan. Within the fort are some magnificent palaces and meticulously carved panels. Afterwards, enjoy a Tuk tuk ride near the market in Jodhpur. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 9JODHPUR TO NARLAI (BD)

After breakfast at the hotel continue your Indian adventure with a journey to Narlai. Life is colourful and equally captivating in the surrounding village; we explore the surrounding village by guided safari in an open jeep. Dinner this evening at the hotel.

Day 10NARLAI TO UDAIPUR (BLD)

After breakfast, drive to beautiful Udaipur and check into your hotel. Later take in the picturesque surroundings on a sunset
exclusive boat ride on Lake Pichola as well as a visit to the Garden of Maidens. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 11UDAIPUR SIGHTSEEING (BD)

This morning, a city tour visiting the City Palace, built in 1725 followed by the Jagdesh Temple. The rest of the day is at leisure before enjoying dinner at the hotel.

Day 12 & 13UDAIPUR TO DELHI ONTO PERTH (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit to the Garden of Maidens, built by Maharajas for their ladies. Afterwards transfer to Udaipur airport to begin our journey home via Delhi and Singapore. Upon arrival in Perth your driver will be waiting to take you home.
