Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home by private vehicle and transferred to the airport. Meet your fellow passengers and Kings Tour Manager and fly to Cocos Keeling Island via Christmas Island. Upon arrival we will have a short time to relax and then we head to a local restaurant, Salty’s for our welcome dinner.
Lodge: Cocos Beach Resort for 3 nights
Early morning we will head out on a motorised canoe tour to Southern Islands where we enjoy breakfast and time to explore. On return to West Island we enjoy lunch and then catch a ferry across to Home Island. On arrival we enjoy tour of the Museum and the historic Oceania house. Oceania house is the original home to the Clunies Ross family. After our afternoon touring we enjoy dinner on the island at Ocean Front Restaurant and then return to West Island to complete our day.
Today we embark on the ferry to Direction Island which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival you will enjoy breakfast. After breakfast you have the option to go snorkelling, swimming or venture down some of the walking trails. We enjoy lunch on the island before we catch the ferry back to West Island. The rest of the afternoon will be at leisure. Here you have the option to play golf across an International runway, any standard of play is accepted (additional expense). Tonight dinner will be served at Salt Makers Café.
Today we enjoy our final breakfast on Cocos Island with breakfast at Saltys. Take in any last minute shopping before heading to the airport for our flight to Christmas Island. On arrival on Christmas Island, we will be met at the airport and taken to our accommodation. Once we have settled in there will be an island briefing and then we enjoy a beach BBQ at Flying Fish Cove.

The morning will begin with a township tour including history and culture of the island. To complete our morning tour we enjoy lunch at the local Noodle Shop. After lunch we have some time to rest before heading off to Lily & Ethel beaches. Take a swim or a walk along the boardwalk between the 2 beaches to view the birds nesting on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Dinner will be at Golden Bosun Tavern tonight.
After breakfast we set off for a walking tour into Hugh’s Dale Waterfall. One of the only places on the island with flowing water all year round, these rainforested wetlands are home to mighty Tahitian chestnut trees, blue crabs and an array of rare and endemic species. The Hughs Dale track is a raised boardwalk that leads to a permanent waterfall in the rainforest. We will stop for lunch along the way and then it is off to town for a walk to the Golf Course Lookout. Early evening we will head to Rumah Tinggi for dinner.
Today we set off to the blowholes where you can walk through towering rainforest and watch seawater rocketing high into the air. Return to town for lunch then a visit to Tai Jin House historical exhibition. With this complete you will have time to explore the coral reefs surrounding the Island, and an abundance of fish and coral to see, just a few metres from the shore on the 2 hour snorkelling boat trip to end your afternoon. Return to the hotel for to freshen up for dinner at Lucky Ho Chinese Restaurant.
This morning we have breakfast and then for a walk to Margaret Knoll Lookout. With our walk complete we head to Smash Café for lunch and then it’s off to the airport for our flight home to Perth. On arrival into Perth your driver will be waiting to take you home.
