A valid passport is required for this journey. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return to Australia.

Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home by a private vehicle and transferred to the airport to meet your Kings Tour Manager and fellow passengers before flying to Mauritius. Upon our arrival in Mauritius, we will be transferred to our hotel to check in and freshen up before we enjoy dinner in the hotel’s restaurant.

Today explore the Deep South of Mauritius. Begin with a visit Bambous village where we will meet our local artisans and discover their arts. Then, head to La Rhumerie de Chamarel, where you will learn about the production of agricultural rum and have a chance to taste different varieties. Enjoy a scrumptious lunch at the Le Chamarel Panoramic restaurant. Afterward, discover the Chamarel waterfall and the unique natural phenomenon of the seven coloured earth. From here, visit Grand Bassin, a significant pilgrimage site.
Today you have the day at leisure to enjoy as you wish. Take this opportunity to further explore the resort, engage in water sports, or simply unwind and relax. At the hotel they can also assist with additional tours if you are after any other tours whilst visiting Mauritius.
Embark on the Tea Route and delve into the local traditions of Mauritius. Begin with a visit to Domaine des Aubineaux, a colonial house turned museum that provides insights into the island’s history. Next, head to Bois Chéri, the oldest and largest tea producer in Mauritius, for a guided tour of the tea museum and a delightful tea tasting experience. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Saint Aubin colonial house, followed by visits to an anthurium nursery, the vanilla house, and the rum museum.
After breakfast we complete checkout procedure and the proceed to Casela Nature Park, a sprawling domain featuring captivating wildlife and exotic flora. Embark on a thrilling safari tour to observe zebras, ostriches, white rhinoceros, impalas, antelopes, and giraffes. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and discover the unique biodiversity of Mauritius. With our visit complete here we proceed north and check into our next hotel.

This morning head into Port Louis for a shopping tour and enjoy free time at Louis market and Caudan waterfront. With shopping complete we enjoy a typical Creole lunch at Escale Creole Moka and participate in a demonstration to create your own creole rum bottle using traditional methods. Returning back to the hotel you will have the afternoon at leisure.
Late morning embark on an enchanting journey of the north. First Visit Aventure du Sucre a former Sugar factory which has been converted into an interactive museum . There you will live through the history of the sugar cane, a product which for centuries has had a deep impact on our country. Enjoy lunch at Le Fangourin restaurant located in Aventure du Sucre. After lunch we visit to Château de Labourdonnais, a family home that has welcomed more than three generation of the Wiehe family. Proceed onto Malheureux, a picturesque village known for its vibrant red-roofed chapel and stunning turquoise lagoon. Capture some beautiful photographs against this backdrop and then return to the hotel and freshen up for dinner.
Today enjoy some free time and then this afternoon we transfer to Sunset Boulevard and embark on a catamaran sunset cruise. Onboard enjoy drinks and canapes. Back on dry land we return to the hotel where dinner will be served.
Begin with a visit to the Historic Marine followed by stops at the Kaylasson Tamil temple and St François d’Assise catholic church. Our last visit for the day will be to the 18th-century Botanical Gardens in Pamplemousses, renowned for their stunning collection of plant species. Return to the hotel and later this evening enjoy our final dinner together.
Enjoy your last day in Mauritius at leisure and take advantage of the late checkout until 6pm to relax and make the most of the resort facilities. In the evening, savour a light dinner before being transferred to the airport for your overnight flight back to Perth. Upon arrival in Perth, your driver will be waiting to take you home, concluding your unforgettable Mauritius tour.
