A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due within 7 days of making your booking to secure your reservation on the tour. This deposit guarantees your reservation on the tour and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
A valid passport is required for this journey. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return to Australia.
Tours are based on reaching a minimum number. Home pick-up and return is included based on a set radius – surcharges will apply outside these areas. Other special conditions may apply to each individual tour, please contact the office for further details.
A Visa is required for Vietnam and can be applied for online.

Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home by a private vehicle and transferred to the airport. Meet your Kings Tour Manger and fellow passengers and fly to Hanoi. Upon your arrival, we are met by our local guide and transferred to our hotel. Settle in before enjoying a welcome dinner.
Hotel: Apricot Hotel, Hanoi for 3 nights
This morning, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Hanoi. After some free time to purchase lunch, take a relaxing cyclo ride through the fascinating Old Quarter before returning to your hotel. This evening, head out for dinner in the Old Town.
Enjoy the morning at leisure. This afternoon, visit famous Train Street in Hanoi’s Old Quarter—an extraordinary narrow alley lined with cafés and homes right beside an active railway track. Tonight, enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Travel through the scenic Red River Delta to Halong Bay and board your traditional sailing junk. Cruise past dramatic limestone peaks, floating villages, and hidden coves. Enjoy a cooking demonstration, delicious meals, and evening entertainment such as movie night, squid fishing or cocktails under the stars.
Cruise: Athena Cruise for 1 night
Begin the day with an optional Tai Chi session on the sundeck. After a light breakfast and brunch, continue cruising through Halong Bay before disembarking late morning. Transfer to Hanoi for your flight to Hue and enjoy dinner on arrival.
Hotel: Silk Path Hotel, Hue for 2 nights
Cruise along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda before exploring the UNESCO-listed Imperial Citadel, once home to the Nguyen Dynasty. Tour its grand palaces and gardens by electric car, then visit the Hue Royal Fine Art Museum. Some free time is available, with an optional visit to a Royal Tomb. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Travel the spectacular Hai Van Pass, stopping at Non-Nuoc Beach before visiting the Marble Mountains in Danang. Continue to the beautifully preserved, quaint town of Hoi An. Enjoy dinner at the hotel this evening.
Hotel: Little Riverside Hoi An for 3 nights
Enjoy a guided walking tour of Hoi An’s charming streets, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its architecture and artisan culture. Visit the bustling market, see the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, and soak up the atmosphere before lunch at a local restaurant. The rest of the day is at leisure—perhaps relax along the riverside as colourful lanterns light up the evening.
Today is a full day at leisure for you to explore the shops in the old town, relax at the hotel or take an optional tour.
This morning, transfer to Danang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, take in the sights with a guided city tour before heading to your hotel. After check-in, unwind and settle in before gathering for dinner.
Hotel: Caravelle Hotel, Saigon for 4 nights
After breakfast, meet your local guide for a fascinating city tour. Visit the former Presidential Palace and the beautifully preserved Thien Hau Temple, where you may join the local custom of placing a wish on an incense coil. Continue to the War Remnants Museum before strolling past colonial landmarks including Notre Dame Cathedral (view from outside), the Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street, the Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall. Enjoy some free time before dinner at a local restaurant tonight.
Depart early for a scenic speedboat journey along the Saigon River to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Pass riverside villages, fruit orchards, and stilt houses before exploring this historic underground network. Guests may explore above ground if they prefer not to enter the tunnels. Return to Saigon by boat around midday. Enjoy the remainder of the day and night at your leisure.
Enjoy a day at leisure to do as much or as little as you wish — spend time at the hotel, browse local shops, or explore the city independently. This evening, gather with your fellow travellers for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant to celebrate your journey.
After a leisurely breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport for your return flight home. Upon arrival in Perth, your driver will be waiting to take you safely home ending this amazing holiday.
