Your holiday begins when you are picked up from home and transferred to the airport in a private vehicle. Meet your fellow passengers and Kings Tour Manager then fly to Brisbane. Upon arrival in Brisbane we are met by our local coach driver who will
take us up Tamborine Mountain where we enjoy beautiful views. From here we head to Lamington National Park and arrive at
O’Reillys Rainforest Retreat. Settle in and enjoy dinner at the resort.

After breakfast we spend the morning enjoying the beautiful scenery that surrounds O’Reilly’s. There are a number of
short nature walks, including the famous Tree Top Walk, which is accessible to all. Lunch will be provided before our afternoon 4WD tour where we visit Moran’s Falls, the Wishing Tree and Pats Bluff. What an exhilarating day in the mountains – we relax and enjoy dinner together before we board a 4WD bus, this time we are in for a guided rainforest tour to the mystical Glow Worm Grotto. We perch ourselves beside the secluded gully, home to millions of ancient glow worms, illuminating the cliff face in a blanket of twinkling stars.
We farewell our hosts and head down the mountain this morning. Making our way to Brisbane Station where later this afternoon
we board the Spirit of Queensland for our overnight journey. Contemporary, comfortable and designed for relaxation, the Spirit of Queensland will have you relaxed from the moment you step aboard to the time you arrive in Airlie Beach.

It will be early when we arrive into Proserpine train station and we will transfer to the Coral Sea Resort where we’ll enjoy breakfast. After breakfast we make our way to the Whitsunday Gold Coffee Plantation. Prepare to be entertained and educated as we explore the complex journey of the coffee bean from tree to cup before enjoying morning tea. From here we have the rest of the afternoon at leisure.
Hotel: Coral Sea Resort for 3 nights
We have an early pick up today, so we have arranged a packed breakfast to go from the resort. Our day is filled with cruising two
stunning islands popular to the Whitsundays. First we’ll arrive at Hamilton Island with plenty of time to have a good look around before enjoying lunch at the Marina Tavern. After lunch we cruise to Whitsunday Island. Later this afternoon, we return to the
mainland refreshed from a relaxing day on the water.
Today will be spent at a private property called Earlando, a hidden gem of the Whitsundays with magnificent private beaches, panoramic views, abundant wildlife and a traditional working cattle station. Upon arrival we are joined on the coach by the owner who will introduce us to Earlando and take us to the lookout for superb views out across Hayman Island whilst enjoying our morning tea. Returning to the beachfront later we enjoy a delicious Reef & Beef BBQ lunch. Later we visit the cattle yards for a cattle dog demonstration and learn about the secret life of a stockman. Prior to finishing our day, we have a traditional outback billy tea. Our visit complete, we farewell our hosts and return to Airlie Beach with time to ourselves before dinner in the resort.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning before checking out. On our way to the airport we visit the Proserpine Historical Museum for one last look-see! Fly home to Perth, via Brisbane and upon arrival, your driver will be waiting to take you safely home.
