A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due within 7 days of making your booking to secure your place on the tour. This deposit confirms your reservation and constitutes acceptance of our full Terms and Conditions.

Please note that all tours are subject to reaching a minimum number of participants.

Home pick-up and return by private car is included within a designated radius. Surcharges will apply for addresses located outside this area — please contact our office to confirm if this applies to you.

All itineraries are subject to change due to occasional restrictions in opening times/days of attractions (e.g. churches, wineries), weather conditions, or other operational factors beyond our control. While we do our utmost to deliver the itinerary as planned, we cannot be held responsible for changes due to closures, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

From time to time, and only when absolutely necessary, minor changes to the itinerary or pricing may be required prior to final payment. While your deposit guarantees your place on the tour, it does not lock in the final price if operational adjustments are needed. Itinerary

Day 1PERTH TO ADELAIDE (D)

Begin your holiday with a private car transfer from your home to Perth Airport. Fly to Adelaide and transfer to your hotel. Settle in and enjoy dinner tonight at the hotel.

Hotel: Stamford Grand Glenelg, Adelaide for 2-nights

Day 2ADELAIDE SIGHTS (BL)

After breakfast we embark on a city sights tour of Adelaide before enjoying lunch at a secret location. Tonight, enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Day 3ADELAIDE TO KANGAROO ISLAND | TOURING THE ISLAND (BLD)

Early morning, we travel by coach then ferry across to Kangaroo Island. Upon arrival, we stop at Frenchman’s Rock for a photo opportunity before continuing to Clifford’s Honey Farm. Enjoy a guided tour of the honey room, sample honey drinks, and explore the farm shop with its variety of honey products and honey ice cream. Next, we visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery for a BBQ lunch and a tour. After lunch, we head to Raptor Domain for the Birds of Prey presentation, an interactive experience. Settle into your accommodation and enjoy dinner.

Day 4KANGAROO ISLAND TOURING (BLD)

This morning, we head to Flinders Chase National Park. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. From here travel to Vivonne Bay to witness spectacular views of the Southern Ocean before our lunch at Vivonne Bay Lodge Bistro. This afternoon travel to famous Seal Bay for a guided beach walk amongst a wild seal colony. Tonight, enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 5KANGAROO ISLAND TO MCLAREN VALE (BLD)

After breakfast we head to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to feed some kangaroos and get up close to the Koalas while listening to the keeper talk about the cuddly mammals. Next head to Emu Bay Lavender Farm and enjoy lunch. Later, we take the ferry terminal back to the mainland and head to one of Australia’s oldest wine region, McLaren Vale for an overnight stay. Enjoy dinner at the McLaren Vale hotel tonight.

Day 6EMBARK THE MURRAY PRINCESS (BD)

After breakfast we travel to Strathalbyn for free time to browse the shops and purchase lunch. Mid-afternoon we head to Mannum to board the PS Murray Princess. Cruise downriver while enjoying a Welcome Dinner.

Day 7MURRAY PRINCESS - SALTER’S STATION (BLD)

Daybreak is time for keen photographers to capture the special light and the morning movement of wildlife. Enjoy a leisurely morning and lunch cruising upriver to Blanchetown. This afternoon we moor opposite the township of Blanchetown for our overnight anchorage. As the last rays of the sun fade, we visit Burk Salter Boutique Winery and enjoy wine tasting at the cellar door. After dinner, participate in our “Murray River Cup”

Day 8MURRAY PRINCESS - SWAN REACH | AUSSIE BBQ (BLD)

After breakfast we cruise downriver to picturesque Swan Reach, first settled in the 1850s. The original Swan Reach Homestead is now the Swan Reach Hotel where you can enjoy an ale or cappuccino overlooking the Murray River (additional cost). Join a walking tour and visit the Swan Reach Museum (gold coin donation at entry). Cruise downriver after lunch to arrive at Sunnydale. It’s all ashore for the Woolshed Show as we re-create typical Australian woolshed history. Later we visit the Native Wildlife Shelter where some of South Australia’s most interesting native animals are cared for. And then of course, there is the great Aussie Barbecue – cooked and served in a bush setting on the banks of the mighty Murray River.

Day 9MURRAY PRINCESS - NGAUT NGAUT (BLD)

After an optional early morning Bush Tucker Breakfast* or bush walk with the Captain (additional cost), the vessel cruises slowly downriver past magnificent cliffs scoured by the river over millions of years. We reach Ngaut Ngaut Aboriginal Reserve and take a guided boardwalk tour to view ancient rock carvings and to learn about Aboriginal history in the area. Tonight, join your fellow guests for a delicious final night dinner and enjoy the evening entertainment.

Day 10ADELAIDE TO PERTH (B)

This morning, we return to Mannum and after breakfast, say farewell as we disembark. On the way to Adelaide airport, we stop in Hahndorf for free time to browse the shops and purchase lunch. After a wonderful tour, we fly home and upon arrival in Perth, your driver will be ready to take you home.
