Discover Tasmania’s capital on a sightseeing tour of Hobart, including entry to the fascinating Mawson’s Huts Replica Museum. This afternoon, visit the World Heritage-listed Cascades Female Factory and learn the stories of the convict women who once lived here. Tonight, enjoy a highlight dinner at the Point Revolving Restaurant.

Travel to the spectacular Tasman Peninsula, stopping to admire natural attractions including Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen. Continue to the Port Arthur Historic Site for a guided walking tour through one of Australia’s most significant convict settlements. Enjoy free time to further explore the site before returning to Hobart.

Journey into Tasmania’s rugged West Coast, stopping at beautiful Russell Falls and Derwent Bridge for lunch. Visit the remarkable Wall in the Wilderness before travelling through the pristine landscapes of Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park to Strahan, where we stay for the next two nights.

Cruise through the narrow entrance of Hells Gates and into the wilderness of the magnificent Gordon River. Surrounded by ancient rainforest and breathtaking scenery, enjoy a memorable day on the water, including lunch. This evening, experience the acclaimed performance of The Ship That Never Was before dinner.

Board the famous West Coast Wilderness Railway for a scenic River and Rainforest journey through ancient wilderness, complete with Devonshire tea. After free time for lunch in Strahan, continue to Cradle Mountain for a relaxing two-night stay. This evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge.

Explore the natural beauty of Cradle Mountain National Park, visiting Waldheim Chalet, Weindorfers Walk and the iconic Dove Lake. Following lunch, visit Devils @ Cradle to learn about Tasmania’s unique wildlife and conservation efforts. Dinner is included this evening.

Travel north via the beautiful Emu Valley Rhododendron Gardens and the colourful mural town of Sheffield. Later, enjoy a guided cheese and wine tasting at Ashgrove Cheese before arriving in Launceston for a two-night stay. This evening, enjoy dinner with the group.

Hotel Grand Chancellor, Launceston for 2 nights

After a leisurely breakfast, travel to historic George Town with time to explore at your own pace. Continue to Beauty Point to visit Platypus House and Seahorse World, where you can encounter some of Tasmania’s most unique wildlife. Lunch is included before returning to Launceston.

Visit the picturesque Cataract Gorge before travelling east through Tasmania’s scenic countryside. At Bridestowe Lavender Estate, enjoy lunch, a guided tour and tastings of their famous lavender-inspired products. Continue via Legerwood and Scamander to the coastal town of St Helens for an overnight stay. Dinner is included this evening.

Panorama St Helens – Eco Nature Resort for 1 night

Travel through the seaside township of Coles Bay and into Freycinet National Park. Visit Cape Tourville Lighthouse for spectacular views across the Freycinet Peninsula before continuing to historic Richmond. Explore the charming village, photograph Australia’s oldest bridge and visit the Old Hobart Town Model Village and Richmond Gaol before returning to Hobart.

Hotel: Old Woolstore Hotel, for 2 nights

Enjoy a leisurely morning before boarding a scenic cruise on the beautiful Derwent River. Admire Hobart’s waterfront, historic landmarks and picturesque surrounds while enjoying lunch onboard. This evening, celebrate your Tasmanian adventure with a special farewell dinner at the renowned Ball & Chain Grill.

Following breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time before we transfer to the airport for our return flight to Perth. Upon arrival, your driver is waiting to transfer you home.
