Tour Conditions

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due within 7 days of making your booking to secure your reservation on the tour. This deposit guarantees your reservation on the tour and acceptance of our terms and conditions. 

Tours are based on reaching a minimum number. Home pick-up and return is included based on a set radius – surcharges will apply outside these areas. Other special conditions may apply to each individual tour, please contact the office for further details.

All itineraries are subject to change due to occasional restrictions in opening times/days of some attractions, e.g. churches, wineries etc. We cannot be held responsible for any changes due to closures, inclement weather etc.

Itinerary

Day 1PERTH TO ADELAIDE – MONARTO SAFARI RESORT (D)

Your holiday begins with a private vehicle transfer from home to Perth Airport. After meeting your Kings Tour Manager and fellow travellers, fly to Adelaide. Upon arrival, board a local coach and journey to South Australia’s newest gem – Monarto Safari Lodge. This unique, design-led resort offers tranquil views of native and African wildlife, providing an immersive nature experience.

Nestled in the heart of pristine wilderness, Monarto Safari Resort offers an unparalleled escape into nature’s embrace. This destination combines premium accommodation with authentic experiences, creating memories that last a lifetime.

Day 2MONARTO SAFARI (BD)

Today, step into the African savannah at Monarto Safari Park – the largest open-air safari experience outside of Africa! Journey across the plains to observe herds of over 50 species of native and African animals roaming freely. After time for lunch (BYO) embark onvembark on The Lions 360 Experience, Australia’s only 360-degree lion encounter, where you’ll get up close and personal with one of Australia’s largest lion prides. Later, enjoy a magical sunset tour of the Wild Africa precinct, complete with drinks and canapés as you take in the spectacular scenery.

Day 3MONARTO TO KANGAROO ISLAND (BLD)

This morning, travel to Cape Jervis for your ferry to Kangaroo Island. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty, with towering cliffs, wild plains, and pristine beaches. Visit Clifford’s Honey Farm to taste the unique honey ice cream made from the island’s Ligurian bees. Enjoy lunch at Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery before heading to Kangaroo Island Wool for an immersive tour. Finish your day with a relaxing evening at your hotel in Kingscote.

Day 4ANZAC DAY DAWN SERVICE | SEALS OF KANGAROO ISLAND (BLD)

Start the day with the Dawn Service, followed by breakfast at the hotel. Next, meet the local sea lions at Seal Bay Conservation Park, home to Australia’s largest colony of Australian sea lions. Afterward, head to Flinders Chase National Park to explore the Remarkable Rocks, Cape du Couedic, and Admirals Arch. Here, you’ll witness the fascinating New Zealand Fur Seals up close.

Day 5KANGAROO ISLAND (BLD)

Today, visit Raptor Domain for a Birds of Prey demonstration in a natural setting. Then, enjoy lunch before continuing to Emu Bay and a relaxing visit to a local Lavender Farm. Learn about the farm’s origins and enjoy a lavender-themed afternoon tea with lavender jam. Enjoy dinner at the hotel tonight.

Day 6KANGAROO ISLAND – ADELAIDE TO PERTH (BL)

This morning, take the ferry back to Cape Jervis, then travel to Normanville and the renowned McLaren Vale Wine District. Lunch is served at Woodstock Wines, followed by a visit to the beautiful Coterie restaurant. After lunch, enjoy a relaxed journey to Adelaide Airport, where you’ll fly back to Perth. A private car will transfer you back to your home.
