Itinerary

Day 1PERTH TO SYDNEY

Your holiday begins with a private home pick-up and transfer to the airport. Meet your Kings Tour Manager and fellow travellers and fly to Sydney. On arrival, a private coach will transfer you to your central hotel, the beautifully located Marriott Circular Quay, where you’ll settle in for five comfortable nights. Take some time to relax and refresh before gathering this evening for a welcome dinner at the hotel — the perfect way to ease into your elegant Sydney escape.
Hotel: Marrott Circular Quay for 5 nights

Day 2THE ROCKS & GUNNERS’ BARRACKS (BL)

After a leisurely breakfast, step into Sydney’s colonial past with a guided walking tour through The Rocks. Wander through hidden laneways and hear fascinating tales of the convicts, sailors, and settlers who shaped this iconic harbourside precinct. Next, travel to the beautiful Gunners’ Barracks for an elegant à la carte lunch with sweeping views over Sydney Harbour. This heritage-listed venue, once a military outpost, now offers old-world charm in a serene setting. Return to the hotel with the rest of your afternoon and evening at leisure.

Day 3ANZAC DAY, ART & HARBOURSIDE ELEGANCE (BD)

Attend the ANZAC Day dawn service at The Cenotaph in Sydney’s Martin Place for those for wish. After breakfast, we head to the Museum of Contemporary Art, housed in a grand Art Deco building on Circular Quay. Enjoy a self-guided visit through its collection of modern masterpieces. Continue to one of Sydney’s grandest historic estates — Vaucluse House for a self-guided tour. Nestled amongst lush gardens, this 19th-century harbourside mansion offers a glimpse into the lives of early colonial gentry. Next, we head to Watson’s Bay where you’ll have free time to purchase lunch and enjoy the sea views before returning to the hotel mid-afternoon for rest. This evening, reconvene for dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 4GOVERNMENT HOUSE & PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (BL)

This morning, step into one of Sydney’s most elegant colonial landmarks — Government House, the official residence of the Governor of New South Wales. Enjoy a guided tour through its stately rooms, ornate furnishings, and grand corridors, learning about the dignitaries and decisions that have shaped the state’s history. Then stroll through the Royal Botanic Garden to Botanic House, an acclaimed restaurant surrounded by greenery and harbour views, where you’ll enjoy a refined two-course lunch. Return to the hotel for some downtime before a magical evening out: a special performance of The Phantom of the Opera — returning to Sydney in spectacular style on its 40th anniversary. Performed under the stars on Sydney Harbour’s floating stage, it promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Day 5CITY HERITAGE DRIVE, QVB HIGH TEA & FAREWELL DINNER (BHTD)

Enjoy a scenic morning drive through some of Sydney’s most picturesque and historic suburbs. Wind your way past the charming terrace homes of Paddington, the open spaces of Centennial Park, and the leafy streets of Woollahra and the Eastern Suburbs. Your day continues with a graceful high tea at The Tea Room QVB, nestled within the grand Queen Victoria Building. Here, enjoy finely tiered sweet and savoury delights in a chandelier-lit heritage setting. Enjoy time to rest or explore the boutiques of the QVB before regrouping for a celebratory farewell dinner at Sydney Tower Restaurant. With its revolving 360-degree views, it’s the perfect place to toast the memories made on your Sydney journey.
